Global Study Hub is committed to honest, professional, and responsible guidance. If something goes wrong, we want to hear about it and put it right.

5.1

Step 1 — Talk to us informally

Raise your concern directly with your counsellor or point of contact first. Many issues resolve quickly through direct conversation.

5.2

Step 2 — Submit a formal complaint

If it's not resolved informally, or you'd prefer to raise it formally, email info@globalstudyhub.uk with:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • A clear description of your complaint
  • Relevant dates, documents, or correspondence
  • The outcome you're seeking
5.3

Acknowledgement and timeline

We acknowledge complaints within 7 business days of receipt.

We aim to give a full response within 30 business days. If we need more time (e.g. to gather information from a university), we'll tell you and give an updated timeframe.

5.4

Escalation

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can ask for it to be reviewed. If the matter involves a suspected breach of data protection law, you may also contact the ICO or your local regulator.

5.5

Confidentiality

Complaints are handled confidentially and shared only with those who need to know to investigate and resolve them.

5.6

No adverse treatment

Raising a complaint in good faith won't negatively affect the service you receive from us.

5.7

Record-keeping

We keep records of complaints and outcomes to help improve our services.
