Refund Policy

This policy assumes Global Study Hub may charge fees for certain services.

4.1

General principle

Our services are primarily time, expertise, and administrative work — counselling, application preparation, document review, and guidance. Because this work begins as soon as we start assisting you, refund requests are assessed based on the stage of service delivery already reached.

4.2

Non-refundable items

Generally non-refundable, as they're outside our control or paid to third parties:

  • Fees paid directly to universities, institutions, visa authorities, test centres, or other third parties
  • Work already completed at the time of a cancellation request (e.g. counselling sessions delivered, applications already submitted)
  • Statutory or third-party charges incurred on your behalf
4.3

Outcomes that don't automatically qualify for a refund

Visa refusal, non-admission, or a scholarship not being awarded does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund — these outcomes are decided by third parties outside our control, and our own service (guidance and support) will typically already have been delivered.

How to request a refund

Email with your name, the service in question, and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 business days.

4.5

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 90 business days, using the original payment method where possible.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect when you engage our services applies to that engagement, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
