Global Study Hub is committed to ethical, transparent, and responsible recruitment practices in our work with students and institutional partners.

6.1

Our commitments to students

  • Honesty and transparency — honest, realistic guidance, with no guarantees regarding admission, visa approval, or scholarship awards
  • Student-first approach — advice based on what suits the student's profile, goals, and circumstances, not on which option benefits us most
  • No high-pressure tactics — no coercive or misleading recruitment practices to influence a student's choice of institution, program, or destination
  • Equal treatment — students from all nationalities, backgrounds, and circumstances are welcomed and supported without discrimination
  • Fee transparency — where fees apply, they're disclosed clearly before a student engages a paid service
  • Data protection — student information is used only as necessary to support their application, per our Privacy Policy
6.2

Our commitments to institutional partners

  • Accurate representation — student profiles and application materials are presented accurately and honestly, without exaggeration
  • No fraudulent documentation — we don't knowingly submit false, forged, or altered documents
  • Fair dealing — institutional partnerships are conducted transparently; we don't accept incentives that would compromise objective, student-first advice
  • Compliance — we aim to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and relevant industry codes of conduct for international student recruitment
6.3

Conflicts of interest

Where a commercial relationship exists with a partner institution (e.g. a referral arrangement), this does not change our obligation to recommend options genuinely suited to the student.

6.4

Anti-bribery

Global Study Hub does not offer, give, solicit, or accept bribes or improper inducements in connection with recruitment or institutional partnerships.

6.5

Reporting concerns

Students, staff, or partner institutions who believe this policy has been breached can raise concerns via our Complaints Procedure or by emailing info@globalstudyhub.uk.

6.6

Review

This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure it continues to reflect responsible recruitment practice.
