Student Service Agreement

This Agreement is between Global Study Hub ("we", "us", "the Company") and the student engaging our services ("you", "the Student"), and applies once you confirm your intention to proceed with our services — for example, by submitting our application form or otherwise confirming engagement in writing.

3.1

Scope of services

Depending on your needs, we may provide:

  • Education and career counselling
  • University and program selection guidance
  • Application and admission support, including document review and submission assistance
  • Scholarship guidance
  • Visa documentation guidance
  • English-language and admission test preparation advice
  • Pre-departure support
  • Post-arrival guidance, where available

The specific services included in your engagement will be confirmed with you directly, typically following your consultation.

3.2

Nature of our services

You acknowledge that:

  • Global Study Hub provides counselling, guidance, and administrative support only.
  • We do not guarantee admission to any university or program, the approval of any visa application, or the awarding of any scholarship.
  • Final decisions on admission rest solely with the relevant university; final decisions on visas rest solely with the relevant immigration authority; final decisions on scholarships rest solely with the relevant funding body.
  • Our role is to guide and support you — not to decide on your behalf.
3.3

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents
  • Respond to information/document requests in a timely manner
  • Meet application, payment, and visa deadlines we communicate to you
  • Not submit, or authorise the submission of, fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents
  • Comply with the requirements of universities, immigration authorities, and other relevant third parties
  • Promptly tell us about any change in circumstances relevant to your application

We may decline or discontinue services if you provide false information/documents or fail to respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time.

3.4

Fees and payment

Any applicable fees are subject to our Refund Policy (Section 4).

3.5

Confidentiality and data protection

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy (Section 1). By engaging our services, you agree to us sharing relevant information with universities, institutions, test centres, and other third parties as necessary to deliver the services you've requested.

3.6

Term and termination

This Agreement begins when you confirm engagement and continues until the agreed services are complete, or until either party ends it with written notice. You may end it at any time by emailing , subject to our Refund Policy for fees already paid. We may end it if you breach Section 3.3, or for other reasonable cause, with written notice to you.

3.7

Limitation of liability

Global Study Hub is not responsible for decisions made by universities, immigration authorities, or scholarship bodies, or for loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from our guidance, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Acknowledgement

By engaging our services (including by submitting our application form or confirming engagement in writing), you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
